Whatever you have to do to maintain the level of intimacy needed to keep your significant other happy, do it!
This is an important one. The stresses of life from work and other places can eat up your time and energy. Find ways to connect throughout your day as a way to keep the romance and love alive. This can be through a quick phone call, or a loving text. It may seem small but the efforts make a difference.
If you don’t know what this is it’s simple- find out the best way your SO receives and expresses their love and then do it. If you and your SO have schedules that allow you to spend quality morning time together, it is a great way to start your day. Even if it’s just a few moments, drinking coffee, brushing your teeth together or even taking a shower together are ways to connect and focus first thing in the morning. It allows you both to start the day with love and appreciation in your heart.
Share a Ritual
This is a fun one because it can literally be anything you want. Doing something that both of you agree upon as your thing is a unique way of connecting. It can be something that you do at night before you go to bed like pray together or an activity you do once a week like go to your favor spot. Whatever the ritual is, it is something that both of you know is a special part of your relationship.
These are just a few of the things that can help make your relationship as healthy and strong as it can be.
