(ThySistas.com) Stress is a part of life. If you reside on planet earth at some point in your life you are going to be affected by stress. The balance is learning how to regain our center and rebalance ourselves so that the stresses of life do not damage our health.

We can de-stress our lives by:

Maintain a healthy diet. I am not speaking diet in the sense of losing weight but rather in the sense of eating to maintain optimal health. Having a healthy relationship with fresh fruits, vegetables, and water helps to keep our body refreshed and rejuvenated as well as boosting our immune system so that we fight off illnesses and stress with ease.

Ask for help. If you are in need of help, ask someone! No one knows exactly what you need until you tell them. Some people are 123black-woman-stressed_exclulike super hero’s to others, people assume they never need any help and always have things under control. For this reason alone, no one ever volunteers to help out. Very few people are capable of reading minds and most will not interfere with anything unless they are asked to do so. Remember: closed mouths don’t get fed.

Stay in the moment. Keep your focus on what needs to be done today and prioritize. Do not allow yourself to live in the future or in the past, everything you need is right here in the present moment. The past brought you here and the future is dependent on what you do here.

Take a walk. Get out and bond with Mother Nature. Skip the headphones and listen to the birds communicating, allow your mind to be free. Breathe deeply and move at a pace where you break a sweat. Sweat releases toxins from the body and the gentle breezes of nature helps to blow our worries away.

Trust the process. Realize there is a greater scheme in play. Realize life is not about big home, luxury cars and other material possessions. Most people stress over material things that only bring momentary happiness. Trust that you have all you need in the current moment and that your desires will be fulfilled. Seek happiness in the abundance of life rather than that which is man made and sold.

Meditate. Learn to quiet your mind. Learn to direct your thoughts in a more positive manner. Learn to pray with self-worth and value rather than begging and pleading. Stillness helps to relieve stress and keep us present. To further aid stress relief, you may also want to consider something like thc gummies. They come in many different flavors and can help with relaxation and anxiety reduction.

Put your gadgets down. Go off the grid for a few days with no phone, email, television or music. Completely unplug from the chaos and re-center your mind, body and thoughts.

Play. Release the need to be serious and uptight all the time. Life is a game and you must play to win. Get out and talk to people without expectations. Be open! Be spontaneous. Do something the younger you would have loved. Remember who you wanted to be as a child before the world began to dictate who you must be.

Focus on the positive aspects of the day. We can have ten amazing things that bring a smile to our face happen in a day and one negative experience, yet will spend the rest of the day focused on and speaking about that one negative experience while wondering why even more negative experiences are now entering our path. Energy goes where attention flows, if you want to feel good you must think in a similar fashion. Keep your mind focused on the better parts of your day to attract more of those experiences.

Take care of yourself. Pay attention to your though and ensure that all of your relationships/friendships are balanced in giving and receiving. The better you feel, the better the environment around you feels.

Stress does not have to reside within your being. Release the stress! If you are suffering from depression due to stress, please seek professional help. No one should feel they must suffer alone.

Blessed Stress Free Days!
