(ThySistas.com) R&B singer Ciara is apparently embracing motherhood. The soon to be mother was recently seen at a children’s event posing with fellow soon to be mother Drew Barrymore. The photo op showed the two bumping their burgeoning bellies together on Saturday at an event called Safe Kids Day, which was held in Los Angeles, CA.
The 28 year old singer recently hosted a star studded baby shower with her best friends Kim Kardashian and Lala Anthony. It was there that she revealed the sex of her baby with blue themed festivities—so she’s having a baby boy.

Show host Barbara Walters blatantly asked the “Like a Boy” singer if she can confirm rumors of a pregnancy, and Ciara readily confirmed that she was in fact pregnant with her fiancé’s baby who is fellow rapper/ producer Future.
Ciara and Future became engaged in early October when he surprised her with a startling 15 carat diamond engagement ring.
The couple has come under harsh scrutiny due to the amount of other “baby mothers” Future allegedly has. He reportedly is the father of three children by three different baby mothers.
There were rumors that he had more but Future said in an interview with Atlanta’s Streetz 94.5 radio station, “Everybody thinks I got five baby mamas. I have three kids. My son, he’s eleven. My little girl, she’s four. I have a one-year-old. My boy Prince.”
Ciara who is pregnant with her first child was seen during the holiday season posed with the mothers of Future’s children, so it seems as if all is well amongst the newly extended family.
She even stated that she wants a big family. She told E! News, “I’m an only child. I want to build a big family because it’s me, my mother and father, and I’m the only child. My mom has three brothers and they have two kids, and my dad has five sisters and they have no kids. So, imagine how small [my family is.] I definitely want to do that. I want a big house and big family.”
